At Healthify, I co-organized and facilitated a workshop for 40 employees.

My role

Conceptualize the structure for the workshop
Pitch workshop to C-suite and People team
Organize event operations and logistics
Facilitate and lead design thinking activities for small and large groups

Workshop overview

The aim of the workshop was to connect the company’s employees and ground the company’s work in a greater purpose.

The workshop was a day-long series of interactive sessions and a panel. The structure was designed based on goals that we collaboratively chose with our CEO, COO, and People team.

As a result of the workshop’s success and reception by employees, Healthify continues to do a Mission Monday every quarter.
